Staff and volunteers at The Norfolk Hospice are busy making final preparations for this year’s Light up a Life services, which will be held during the first two weeks of December.
The services, which are open to everyone, allow people the opportunity to spend some time in the busy lead up to Christmas remembering loved ones.
The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House has been hosting Light up a Life during December for many years now and expects hundreds of people to attend.
In each service, there is an opportunity for people to light a candle in memory of those who are no longer with us this Christmas.
This year’s services take place on Sunday, December 6, at King’s Lynn Minster (3pm); Monday, December 7, at Sandringham Visitor Centre (5pm), Thursday, December 10, at the Norfolk Hospice, Hillington (5.30-7.30pm – an informal service which allows people to come and go as they please. Sunday, December 13, at St Edmunds, Downham (3pm).
Refreshments will be provided.
