Youngsters from Mr Bees paid a visit to residents at a Lynn care home to make new friends and sing nursery rhymes.

A group of 11 children aged two and three were taken to Amberley Hall where they had a lovely time meeting the residents, and even made plans for a return visit at Christmas.

Mr Bees childcare manager, Lisa Webster, said: “A lot of our children are here most of the week and part of their curriculum is getting out in the community and the local environment.

“We wanted to provide the residents with as much of an experience as the kids.

“Amberly Hall were really excited about the visit and they’ve even asked us to go back at Christmas. We’re also hoping some of the residents will come and visit Mr Bees so they can see what the children get up to each day.

“We’d like to do this every few months but with different children of different ages so they can all have the experience.”
