Residents have been taking their first look at plans for the initial phase of a major housing development in North Lynn and Gaywood today.

A total of 130 homes are envisaged for the Marsh Lane site, which West Norfolk Council officials announced a planning application had been submitted for earlier this week.

The plans were put on display for the first time during a day-long public exhibition which opened at Lynnsport this morning.

The event, which is being held in the sports centre’s Wembley Room, will remain open until 8pm tonight.
