Downham: Second man arrested in connection to red diesel theft

A SECOND man has been charged in connection with the alleged theft of red diesel from a building site in Downham.

Carlton Ball, 29, of Biggs Road, Wisbech has been charged with theft from a motor vehicle at the Ben Bailey Homes site on Railway Road.

He has been bailed to appear at Lynn Magistrates Court on February 21.

As previously reported, Jerry Harvey, 38, of Kenland Road, Wisbech has already been charged in connection with the incident and is due to appear in court next week.
