Gaywood: Car targeted in wheelie bin arson

A WHEELIE bin was set alight after being placed next to a parked car which also caught fire and caused substantial damage.

The suspected arson happened at Henry Bell Close, Gaywood in the early hours of last Friday.

The blaze from the bin caused extensive damage to the car, a silver Nissan Micra.

Police would like to hear from anyone who may have noticed anything suspicious in the area around the time stated or from anyone with information in relation to the suspect.
