St John’s Fen End: Metal thefts

A LARGE quantity of metal was stolen from a bungalow in St John’s Fen End.

The building, which is currently being refurbished, was broken into sometime between 8am on January 16 and 8.30am the following Monday.

Thieves completely stripped the home of copper piping, radiators and a boiler.

If anyone saw anything suspicious in the Gravel Bank area of the village during these times, they should contact Det Con Emma Cross at Lynn CID on 101 (calls cost 15p).
