A man was arrested for being drunk and disorderly after being caught urinating outside Lynn police station, West Norfolk Magistrates’ Court heard on Tuesday.
Frankie Baxter, 25, and another man were drinking and shouting outside the station in Regent Way, when a police sergeant emerged to see what the noise was. Susanna Chowdhury, prosecuting, said the officer then saw Baxter urinating in the street. She said: “The sergeant went to speak to him and noticed he was unsteady on his feet and his speech was slurred. The defendant then became verbally abusive and he was arrested.”
Baxter, of Pleasant Court, Lynn, admitted being drunk and disorderly at 8pm on September 30. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay £70 costs
