FAKENHAM: Tools stolen in raids on town street

Police in Fakenham have appealed for witnesses in connection with two break-ins which happened on the same street in the town.

Tools including drills and saws were stolen from a Ford Ranger parked in Gwyn Crescent, some time between 5.30pm last Friday, January 18, and 10am on Saturday.

Officers are also appealing for help in relation to the theft of a Flymo-style lawnmower from a garden shed on Gwyn Crescent, which they say could have happened at any point between November 13 last year and last Sunday, January 20.

However, they say there is no suggestion that the cases could be linked.

Anyone who has information about either incident is asked to contact PC Ben Jarvis, of the Fakenham Safer Neighbourhood Team, via the non-emergency 101 number.

Alternatively, witnesses can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
