A prolific thief has been warned he faces jail unless he tackles his drug addiction once and for all.
Lynn magistrates told Barry Garside-Neville he could go to prison after he admitted stealing a TV from Aldi, Lynn, on September 10, while serving an eight-week suspended prison sentence order.
Garside-Neville, 29, of Hall Farm Road, Gayton, also admitted breaching the order, which was imposed in March for another offence of theft.
The case was adjourned until November 15 for Garside-Neville to be assessed for a drug rehabilitation order.
The bench told him: “This is your very last chance. If you don’t comply you’re likely to go back to prison.”
