More than £10,000 worth of dog food was stolen from a warehouse in Downham over the weekend.

Detectives say raiders forced their way into the Jurassic Bark premises, on the St John’s Business Estate, sometime between 5.30pm on Friday and 7am on Saturday.

Dog foods of brands including James Wellbeloved, Royal Canin, Acana, Orijen, Simpsons and Lilys Kitchen were stolen in the raid.

Non-food items such as Lexi extendable leads, Hunter leads and collars and Kong toys were also taken.

Detectives say they want to hear from anyone who has been offered cheap dog food for sale, or who may have seen suspicious activity around the site.

Anyone with information should contact Det Con Carl Ritchie, of Lynn CID, on 101.
