Comments such as “absolutely brilliant”, “very professional”, and “extremely caring” have been made about the region’s ambulance service in a survey.
Almost 100 respondents in the East who received emergency treatment in February completed questionnaires, with 100% either satisfied, or very satisfied with the care they received.
The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) also saw 100 per cent of respondents say that the staff who attended them were very professional.
Other questions that scored 100 per cent were the appearance of staff, cleanliness of equipment, and cleanliness of the interior of ambulances which were all responded to as acceptable.
In addition, nine out of 10 said the length of wait for an ambulance was either acceptable or very acceptable and more than 96 per cent rated the response as very acceptable or acceptable.
