It has been another record-breaking year of GCSE results for students at Fakenham Academy.
Sixty per cent of pupils achieved five or more A* to C, including English and Maths.
This was an increase of six per cent on last year.
Fakenham Academy principal Matthew Parr-Burman said: “We are incredibly proud of our students who have achieved yet another set of record results.
“This is the fourth consecutive year of record results at the Academy.
“There were some outstanding individual results, including Maciej Kozodoj gaining eight A* and 4 A grades and Tiarna Meehan achieving 6A* and 4 A grades.
“These outstanding GCSE results, combined with our excellent A level figures last week, show that Fakenham Academy is now moving back into the territory of excellence it occupied some years ago.
“I am incredibly proud of our work as a school serving the local community and to see the hard work of students, staff and parents paying dividends.”
