Education leaders have called for people interested in becoming school governors to come forward.
The appeal has been launched ahead of the merger of the Hunstanton Infant and Redgate Junior schools to form a single Hunstanton Primary School this September.
Officials say applicants should ideally have some experience in education or business and finance in order to help managers develop a long-term strategy.
They say governors should expect to commit an average of three evenings per half-term, plus a full day school visit per term, to the role.
Anyone interested is asked to contact headteacher Nigel Harvey on 01485 533373 or by emailing email@example.com by June 19.
