Tales of buccaneers and buried gold were brought to life at Lynn’s Whitefriars Primary School during its third annual Key Stage Two production.
A total of 33 pupils in Years Three to Six, aged seven to 11, put five months of rehearsals into practice when they performed a musical of Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic novel, Treasure Island, in front of parents last week.
Sarah Spooner, Year Six class teacher, said: “They were absolutely fantastic. We were all very proud.”
Pupils are pictured during rehearsals, with Kasey Passingham, 11, dressed as George Merry, who led Long John Silver’s rival pirate crew.
