Wiggins crowned at Smithdon

On the last Tuesday of the school year students from Smithdon High School spent the day taking part in a House competition day.

On the last Tuesday of the school year students from Smithdon High School spent the day taking part in a House competition day.

There was a full range of activities including archery, mopeds, Boccia, rounders, tennis, Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit, paintballing, tenpin bowling, cricket, water polo, grass track cycling, quizzes, Dodgeball and Unihoc. A number of students also took part in an archaeological dig at Sedgeford while another group completed a Mystery Walk around Hunstanton.

Years 7 to 11 competed in various activities for their House while the Year 12/13 students officiated and a media team captured the day’s events in photo and video form. At the end of a very enjoyable but competitive day, Team Wiggins were crowned champions 2014.
