Residents at a Downham care home were All Shook Up when an Elvis impersonator performed at their summer party.
Ashville House opened up its doors on Saturday to residents’ friends and families.
An estimated 250 people went along to spend time with the 49 residents, along with enjoying Pimms in the garden and a buffet.
A highlight of the afternoon was Barry Tone’s performance as Elvis.
Manager Anne Buckley said: “The residents had requested an Elvis act.
“They had a lovely time singing along.”
The Fairfield Care Home will also run an open day at Christmas.
