Visitors were able to take the controls in a flight simulator at Hunstanton’s Methodist Church on Saturday.

A 12-month partnership between the church and Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) began earlier in the year and their first visit drew in large numbers to hear about the work of the global organisation whilst enjoying a fun day with activities for all the family.

The Rev Steve Oliver said: “We are opening up the church and letting people see what we do, and together with MAF we will continue this mission within our community.”

MAF works in 26 countries using 125 aircraft to allow aid workers to hold inoculation clinics and perform cataract operations.
