Three pupils from the Howard Academy at Lynn have won the John Lewis national ‘Monty the Penguin’ competition. Pupils Alyssa Swinger (7) , Ellie-Mae Kirby (10)and Stevie-Leigh Stevenson (7) went to John Lewis in Norwich to collect their prizes. Their winning artwork was inspired by the ‘Monty the Penguin’ Christmas campaign. This the second time Howard Academy has won a John Lewis competition out of thousands of schools which take part. Norwich store manager Richard Marks congratulated the girls and they will feature in their monthly magazine.
