Hundreds of cyclists are expected to take part in the fundraising Lynn Samaritans Bike Ride.

Last year more than 200 riders helped to raise almost £5,000 for the charity.

This year’s event will be kicking off at the Visitor Centre in Sandringham on Sunday, May 15, from 10am.

Eight and 14 mile courses will be on offer for riders of all ages.

St John’s Ambulance will be attending and a radio controlled vehicle will be following the last rider to offer help in case of mechanical failure.

North West Norfolk MP Sir Henry Bellingham will be starting the ride along with selecting the winners of the fancy dress competition.

This year’s theme is Historical (Hysterical) Figures.

Entry into the ride is free as are refreshments for participants.
