Donation means children can be crafty at King’s Lynn hospital
There was a pleasant surprise earlier this month for the children of Lynn’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital Rudham Ward when they were given £100 to purchase extra materials for arts and crafts activities on the ward. Mary Sackree, chairman of King’s Lynn Decorative and Fine Arts Society, along with John Hughes, Young Arts adviser, presented their donation to Kelly Hodgson and Janet Lanchbury, play therapists, and to young patients, Charlie and Gracie May. The photograph shows from left, Janet Lanchbury, Kelly Hodgson, Mary Sackree and John Hughes with the children.
