Television viewers may find that pictures on Freeview are suffering interference with the launch of 4G mobile phone signals in Lynn.
But there is help available from the Government-backed at800, which offers free support so that viewers can keep enjoying their favourite programmes.
It can arrange for an engineer to visit and fix the problem, free of charge. Or, it can send a free filter, which blocks mobile signals, that viewers can easily fit to the back of a TV.
There is also extra help available for over-75s and the disabled.
Cable and satellite TV, like Sky or Virgin, is not affected. However, if viewers also watch Freeview, at800 can provide free filters and advice, but not in-home engineer support.
