The summer may be gone and autumn is cooling the air, but things are really hotting up for the Hunstanton Community Choir, kicking off this season on Friday, November 14, with the Children in Need Variety Show at the Princess Theatre.

The choir will then be practising carols and yuletide songs for the Town’s Christmas Cracker which is to be held on Sunday November 30.

Many people in our community love this time of year, the season of goodwill and

For many. Christmas can be a lonely affair, people who feel isolated through the year often have this feeling magnified as Christmas approaches – a good reason for joining a local group such as the choir, as it provides a great opportunity for making friends, socialising and camaraderie.

The choir has a common love of singing and music, and having fun is always on the agenda too. As word spreads it is finding new members come along most weeks, from near and far. It’s a testament to the choir’s growing success. Be brave and pop into the Town Hall on Tuesday at 7pm and have a taste of what we’re all about.

On November 21, the choir will be joining the Delta Pilots in concert at the Princess Theatre for a different spin on some rock and pop classics
