Hunstanton Community Choir has presented a cheque for £500 to Richard Shaw, chief executive officer of the Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House.
The money was raised at their recent concert.
Mr Shaw said: “The hospice costs £1.4 million per year to run so every penny collected gets used very quickly to help the terminally ill and bereaved in our area.”
The choir meet every Tuesday at 7 pm in Hunstanton Town Hall. Admission is £3 per session.
Members only pay for the sessions they attend. The choir is having a two-week break but will be back on April 29. New singers are welcome, first session is free.
