The Princess Players at Hunstanton have given an early announcement of their Spring production.

“Fish out of Water”, by Derek Benfield, will be staged at the resort’s Princess Theatre in May.

This play, with all the ingredients of package holidays, late flights, double bookings, foreign food etc will provide audiences with an evening of uproarious and innocent fun.

The peaceful atmosphere of a hotel on the Italian Riviera is shattered by the arrival of Agatha, an outspoken widow, and her timid sister, Fiona.

Agatha crushes all protests as she rounds up the guests into communal games, her unflagging spirit of togetherness invading the private lives of the other characters.

It opens at the Princess Theatre on Friday, May 22 at 7.30pm and continues the following day with a matinee at 2.30pm and the evening performance at 7.30pm. Tickets at £12 and £10.50 concessions (which includes 50p handling fee) are available from the box office on 01485 532252.
