Following in his father’s footsteps John Pesci lV, 19, took up the challenge to compete in a 24-hour snooker marathon with Adam Poole, 26. Starting at noon on Tuesday at Hunstanton Conservative Club, the pair completed 88 frames with John winning by four frames and also achieving the highest break of 55. Whilst the final total has yet to be announced, it tops £1,500 that will be shared between the West Raynham Stroke Unit at Lynn’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Cancer Research UK. Earlier in the year dad John Pesci lll played Jeremy Elwin when they completed 95 games in 24 hours for Narcolepsy UK.
