On Friday, community champion Laura Gathercole and entertainment leader Steph Ross, from Tesco at Hardwick in Lynn, donated lots of books to Rudham children’s ward at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

The books are for the staff to hand out to the children who who have been very brave, are celebrating a birthday – or who just want to read.

Laura and Steph said they want the experience for the children to be more positive and the books can help.

They donated books such as Mr Men, Dinosaurs Love Underpants, Star Wars, Frozen and a lot more.
