Eager catering students at the College of West Anglia in Lynn were given the chance to cook with one of the county’s top chefs on Tuesday. Philip Milner, award-winning executive chef at the Orange Tree in Thornham, shared his knowledge and expertise by helping catering students to prepare a five-course dinner service, in the Novus Restaurant, on the campus. Mr Milner said: “It was a great opportunity for me to work alongside Alex Harrison [catering lecturer at CWA] again, as we went through college together. I’d like to thank the students for all their efforts and Adam and Dominic for their help too.” Phil Milner (black top) is pictured with colleagues Adam Baker (front centre) and Dominic Scott (front right) and students
