King’s Lynn & District Sunday League sponsored by West Norfolk Scaffolding

DIVISION ONE

FANG took to the field for the last time this season having already confirmed runners-up spot, writes Rob Bunting.

Horsepigs were the visitors to River Lane as they look to consolidate a good season.

This game certainly didn’t have the usual end of season feel to it as both sides went hammer and tongs for the win.

Shaun Dickerson fired FANG into an early lead before Paul Richardson turned the game on its head with a brace.

It wasn’t to be for ‘Pigs though as Jamie Buhlemann and Lewis Osborn ensured FANG finished on a high, ahead of their two upcoming finals.

England’s Hope were given a walkover win over Chilvers to make it 11 wins from 11.

DIVISION TWO

Farmers Arms are playing catch up with their league programme and this weekend made the 25-mile trek down to March and romped away with an emphatic 8-0 away win.

Jamie-Lee Flores led by example with a double hat-trick with Kristian Rigg bagging the other two.

The outstanding Farmers dominated the midfield and attacking areas throughout.

DIVISION THREE

Dersingham ensured they go into the final game of the season level on points on with West Lynn after a 4-0 away win against River Lane.

Robbie Palmer bagged twice with Brad and Anton Ely scoring the others.

Dersingham hold the advantage in the title race with a goal difference eight better than West Lynn.

Next weekend sees our cup finals at Fakenham Town FC.

FANG take on Chilvers in the Cherrington Cup with a 10.30am kick-off, followed by Sutton St James playing Flitcham Bell in the TGWU (1.30pm).
