A doctor’s surgery has been affected by a power cut for the second time this week.
St James Medical Practice in South Street has lost its computer system and telephones as a result of the outage.
Patients attending for appointments are being seen by their GP or nurse.
A spokesman said: “We apologise to patients who have not been able to speak to us to book new appointments over the telephone. If you have an urgent medical concern we would advise you call 111.”
The surgery is among 120 customers affected by the cut.
In a statement UK Power Networks say: “Engineers worked as quickly and as safely as possible to restore electricity supplies to 120 customers in Lynn following a fault on a piece of electrical equipment at 10.43am today.
“All supplies were restored at 12.18pm. We understand how difficult it is to be without power and apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
