The Co-Operative Travel shop in Lynn’s High Street has launched its annual Christmas toys appeal to help disadvantaged children in the area.
Customers and supporters are being asked to take along gifts of toys, books, puzzles or games to the shop, so they can be distributed to children of all ages, who are being supported by the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in time for the festive season.
It is the fourth year that the shop has staged the appeal as part of a campaign by the company’s Central England region.
The manager, Amanda McCall, said: “We are hoping to put smiles on even more children’s faces this year.”
Donations must be at the shop no later than 5pm on Saturday December 13.
