Organisers of a free disability sports event have hailed the event after it continues to get bigger and better.
Hundreds of children took part in the winter adapted sports day at Lynnsport, where a number of activities were on offer.
Now in its 11th year, the event, supported by Dow Chemicals and the West Norfolk Sports Partnership, complements the range of sporting activities already on offer through several clubs in West Norfolk.
Peter Lemon, chairman of Alive Leisure, said: “It’s great to be involved in the co-ordination of such a fantastic event, which grows year-on-year.”
Sports development manager Adam Garford said: “I always look forward to hosting the adapted sports day.
“It is important to promote these opportunities to ensure participation can continue after the day.”
