Have your say

Today is your last chance to tell us who you think should be recognised at the 2015 Lynn News Education Awards, in association with Learning Resources.

Dozens of people have already been in touch with us to tell us who they believe should receive one of the awards, which will be presented at Lynnsport on Wednesday, November 18.

But, with nominations closing at 5pm today, there really is no time to lose if you haven’t told us about the student, staff member or school that you think deserves to take home one of the trophies.

Lynn News editor Mark Leslie said: “Don’t be left out – don’t rely on other people to nominate worthy winners. Do it yourself! If they’re not nominated they cannot win.

The 12 award categories are as follows:

Contribution to the Community, sponsored by West Norfolk Council

Environmental award, supported by Dow Chemical Services UK Ltd

Inspirational Teacher (Primary), sponsored by Strikes Bowling Ltd

Inspirational Teacher (Secondary), sponsored by Beds of Paradise and Living in Paradise

Most Improved Student, sponsored by the CWA Acadmies Trust

Outstanding Sporting Achievement, sponsored by Double G Clothing

Pre-School of the Year, sponsored by Learning Resources

Pre-School Staff of the Year, sponsored by Planet Zoom

School of the Year (Primary), sponsored by Pandora Books

School of the Year (Secondary), sponsored by the College of West Anglia

Student of the Year, sponsored by Alive Leisure

If you know anyone who you believe deserves one of these awards, then submit your nominations today.

You can do just that online by visiting www.lynnnews.co.uk and clicking on the Education Awards tab.
