A motorcyclist has died following a three-vehicle collision at Hilborough this lunchtime, Wednesday, July 2.
Emergency crews were called to the A1065 at around 12.25pm today following the incident, which involved a Yamaha bike, a Citroen Xsara and a lorry.
The male motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. A man and a woman who were travelling in the Citroen were taken to Lynn’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital with minor injuries. The lorry driver was unhurt.
An investigation has been launched into the cause of the crash and witnesses are urged to contact the Norfolk Police roads policing unit, based at Swaffham, on 101 with any information.
The road reopened a short time ago.
