Car upside-down in Wereham ditch

A RENAULT Clio ended upside-down in a ditch after a collision on the A134 at Wereham yesterday morning.

The accident, involving the red three-door Renault and a grey Toyota Carina, happened at about 7am.

The male driver of the Clio, who is in his 20s, was taken by ambulance to Lynn's Queen Elizabeth Hospital suffering from a minor head injury. Police said he was conscious and breathing.

A woman was also taken to the same hospital complaining of back pain.

The road re-opened to traffic at 8.08am.
