Do Something Different to have a stress-free life
FAMILIES and homeowners in Lynn are being encouraged to have a healthier and happier year through a special project.
The free Do Something Different (DSD) scheme, partly funded by NHS Norfolk, is open to anyone with the aim of promoting a more active and stress-free lifestyle.
It was launched last October in Fairstead, where 35 families and 31 adults signed up, and following on from that success a new DSD project will begin in West Walton this April.
The rolling six-week programmes range from helping people to stop smoking to focusing on habits which affect issues inluding weight, depression, anxiety and stress.
