Docking road closure began yesterday

FOUR weeks of drainage work to alleviate flooding on the B1153 Brancaster Road in Docking began yesterday.

The road will be closed for the four weeks while the 14,750 scheme, involving installation of road gullies and new outfalls in the verge, is carried out. Diversions have been set up.

A Norfolk County Council spokesman said access would be maintained to properties within the area of work, although there may be delays.
