Fairstead shed fire was started deliberately

FIREFIGHTERS were called to a shed blaze on Lynn's Fairstead Estate in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

The fire was reported at a property on Lowfield at around 3.15am, when numerous calls were made to say the fire was rapidly spreading.

When crews arrived they discovered a fire had been deliberately started in a rubbish bin which had spread to the shed.

The fire was extinguished by 3.35am.
