FAKENHAM: Renowned glass makers on the move

A renowned glass making company has just moved into new premises in Fakenham.

Langham Glass was established by glassmaker Paul Miller in 1979 in the north Norfolk village of Langham where it remained for over 20 years until a transfer was made to the Tattersett Business Park.

Now the family-run business has taken up the challenge of opening a visitors centre and restaurant on the site of the former Fakenham Surgery premises on Greenway Lane.

Open all year round, visitors can enjoy the spectacle of a team of glassmakers using age-old techniques to create fine crystal products.

A gift shop displays the wide range of items available for sale, ranging from birds and animals through to vases and tableware.

Langham Glass is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

It is wheelchair friendly and parking is free.
