Gaining pounds...

A NEW nutrition and diet club is throwing its weight behind the Lynn News Special Care Baby Appeal.

Arriba Wellness Club has launched at Premier Racquets and Fitness Centre, Sedgeford.

It is running every Monday night for 12 weeks and aims to encourage a healthy lifestyle, exercise, education about nutrition and, where necessary, supported weight loss.

Members will hold a weekly raffle of a healthy hamper for the Special Care Baby Appeal to raise 150,000 for the neonatal intensive care unit at Lynn's Queen Elizabeth Hospital. There are still places in the Wellness Club. Contact leader Helen Smith on 01485 529170. Clubs are also available in Lynn and South Wootton.
