GAYWOOD: Full steam ahead for fundraising

A Gaywood carer is organising a fundraising evening for Remnance and other local bands to fundraise to help rebuild her conservatory for her ward, a mentally-disabled teen.

Gina Kendal is holding the event on March 8 at West Lynn Social Club, tickets cost £5 and there will be a raffle.

She said: “We’ve had a really great response, I’ve been round every shop in town and they’ve all donated something for the raffle.”

The Lynn News incorrectly reported on Friday that Ben Tuttle visits Gina for care. He visited her once a week from the age of seven but moved into her home full-time once he reached 18-years-old.
