Girl approached in Gaywood

LYNN police are appealing for information after an 11-year-old girl was approached by a suspicious man yesterday in Gaywood.

The girl was walking alone along Parkway at 7.55am when the man approached her and grabbed hold of her arm to pull her away.

The victim struggled free and raised the alarm.

The man is white, aged 40 to 50, about five feet tall and of skinny build. He was balding with blond hair around his ears and back of his head.

He was wearing a white tracksuit top and white tracksuit trousers with no obvious logo.

He had a distinctive mole on his right cheek.
