Great Bircham pupils bring harvest home

PUPILS at a village school have been sharing their collection of food gathered in for their harvest service.

Youngsters at King George VI School in Great Bircham all got involved in bringing in items which were divided into special gift boxes made by pupils in Class Two.

The harvest service was held at St Mary's Church in the village where members of Class One performed the story of The Enormous Turnip.

Afterwards children from the school took the harvest boxes to village residents.
