Holme woman dies after fall from bike

A WOMAN has died after suffering a serious head injury when she fell from her bike.

Elizabeth Lander was cycling home with her husband in the early hours of Saturday when she crashed into a parked car and suffered the injury, police said.

The 53-year-old, of Holme, died in hospital the next day.

Officers want to hear from anyone who saw the accident itself near to the Neptune pub, Old Hunstanton, or the couple cycling along the A149 around 12.30am on Saturday (12).
