The achievements of hardworking teenagers were marked during a presentation evening.

Former Year 13 pupils returned to Springwood High School to celebrate their A-level results.

The speaker was staff member and former pupil Daniel Ward, who gave a motivational talk. Hannah Crosby was awarded The Queen’s Prize with four Grade As.

Assistant director of achievement at Key Stage 5 Gill Henley Smith said: “The evening was a celebration of fantastic achievement and it was great to see them, their parents and staff all together.”
