The last royal couple to live at Anmer Hall were the Duke and Duchess of Kent, who are pictured with their family in this Lynn News picture from September 1973.

Standing between them is George, the Earl of St Andrews, and on the swing are Lady Helen Windsor, now Lady Helen Taylor, and a young Lord Nicholas Windsor. The Kents lived at Anmer Hall from 1972 to 1990.

The Georgian mansion is owned by the Queen and currently leased to James Everett, who owns a kitchen and timber company, until March 2017. He is understood to have lived there since 2000.
