Lynn college's skills impress Ofsted
LYNN'S College of West Anglia is providing post-16 education to bridge a skills gap in agriculture, horticulture and animal care, according to a report.
Inspectors from Ofsted made more than 100 visits to colleges to identify good practice in vocational education and training.
The Lynn college is providing post-16 education in vocational courses which arm students with relevant skills to meet industry needs, according to the good practice survey report.
College principal David Pomfret said: "The college has delivered an outstanding learning experience, meeting land-based sector skills over many years.
"At a time when we are expanding provision and significantly investing in facilities, it is great for the dedication, commitment and professionalism of the team to be recognised by inclusion in this Ofsted report."
Ofsted published five reports on a number of vocational subjects at colleges where provision had been judged to be good or outstanding in their most recent report.
