Lynn supermarket raises £96

A LYNN supermarket raised a heartfelt £96 for charity when it handed its tannoy system over to customers on Valentine's Day.

For 1 a time, shoppers got the chance to air special messages through the speakers at Sainsbury's in an event in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

Participants were also entered into a prize draw. Helen Howard won a bottle of champagne, while Delton Mortimer won roses and Emma Partner some chocolates.
