More offices for North Lynn
TWO more office units are complete and ready for occupation in a new business development at North Lynn.
When it is finished, Regis Place will have a total of seven self-contained air conditioned units available for sale or for let.
John Weston, commercial agent with Brown and Co, which is marketing the new development, explained that Porvair has already taken the largest unit as its administration base. "Two more are ready for occupation and the groundwork is in place for the others," he said.
The developer is Huntingdon-based Artisan developments whose directors visited the site last week.
Regis Place is located at the junction of Hamburg Way and Bergen Way and the six vacant units will range in size from 1,516 sq ft to 2,260 sq ft.
