New wildlife walks in Lynn

LYNN residents will be able to find what wildlife is right on their doorstep through a series of new walks.

The activity, which has been organised by the Friends of Hardwick Road Cemetery, will start this Sunday, at 2pm, from the War Memorial in the northern side of the cemetery.

Those attending the tour will be able to learn about the wildlife which lives in the outskirts of Lynn.

A guided walk will take place each month until October and people who come along are advised to enter through the main gate next to the cemetery lodge and leave their vehicles on the main cemetery drive.

There will also be an opportunity for people to locate family graves on the historic site which may not have been visited for many years.

The first of these days will be held on April 20 in the cemetery from 11am.
