NORTH LYNN: Get into fitness with free gym sessions
Henry Bellingham MP and Tray Joseph (right) with David Goddard (left) and David Mills of the Prince's Trust see how the work is progressing.
Two free taster sessions are being offered at a new gym opening on the North Lynn Industrial Estate on January 17.
Flex Bodyworks in Hansa Court off Bergen Way is described by owner Tray Joseph as “the best fitness studio and strength training facility to hit town”.
On the opening day at 6pm, a Fight Klub class will be led by international fitness presenter Troy Dureh. On January 18, from 2pm to 6pm, dance and fitness specialist Zoe McNulty will lead a confidence-building and general health session for women.
Tray said both events were open-to-all and donations would be invited for the Prince’s Trust, which supported him in starting up his new venture.
Facilities will include two specially-designed boot camps, a six-week body sculpting camp and an eight-week weight loss camp.
Hansa Court landlord David Goddard said he was delighted to welcome the new venture.
He said: “It will be a bonus for the area to have a specialist gym.
